InQpharm recruits new Human Resources Director

Ravindran Ragunathan joins InQpharm’s global headquarters in Malaysia as the new Human Resources Director to focus on the development and implementation of human resources strategies, policies and practices. Reporting directly to Carin Beumer, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Ravindran is a strategic business partner and will contribute to the realisation of the organisation’s business plans and objectives.

Ravindran (known as Ravi) has a total of 25 years’ human resources management experience with 14 years in a senior HR management position gained in a diverse multi-national corporate culture. He is an expert in organisational development, change management, global compensation, talent management and succession planning.  He is an experienced team builder and project leader and is recognised for his leadership through mentorship.

In addition to Ravi’s role in strategic development he will: lead the human resources department; direct and supervise all the HR functions; coordinate internal and external communications on resource matters; develop initiatives for engaging new employees and for succession planning; and create policies and programmes for leadership development and training to generate high-performance teams.
