InQpharm appoints the Asia/Pacific Regional Office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, as its Global Operational Headquarters.

The Company makes another important step in its own growth and in supporting the Malaysian initiative to advance the local biotechnology industry with its research, development and commercialization expertise in unique natural compounds.

InQpharm announces that with immediate effect its Asia/Pacific regional office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, will assume the role of Global Operational Headquarters. Having completed construction of its new, state of the art offices in Kuala Lumpur’s prestigious Mont Kiara district, the company announces a major expansion plan, which will see it double its work force in Malaysia by Year End 2007, tripling it by H2/2008. Originally established in 2005 to further InQpharm’s business activities in the region, as well as to establish new research initiatives using local plants and knowledge, the Operational HQ will now also assume global responsibility for the following disciplines:

The Asia/Pacific staff will continue to work closely with their colleagues at InQpharm’s European office in Berlin, Germany.
