Lynda Low joins InQpharm as the new Operations Director responsible for overall operations management. The newly-formed Operations Department brings together the existing functions of Supply Chain, Customer Service and Manufacturing to further strengthen InQpharm during a planned period of rapid growth over the next five years.
Lynda holds an MBA in Marketing and brings a wealth of expertise to InQpharm, with more than 20 years of Operations experience. Her expertise includes strategic operations planning for large multi-national organisations including Johnson & Johnson and Nike, where she played a pivotal role in implementing global best practice in Operations Management. Prior to joining InQpharm, Lynda was Director, Supply Chain, with GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Health, with responsibility for Malaysia and South Asia.
In addition to Lynda's role in the formulation and implementation of InQpharm's operations strategy, she will oversee manufacturing processes to ensure performance and capacity optimisation; be responsible for supply chain management to meet key performance indicators; and establish a customer relationship team to deliver leading after-sales service.
